I renew but no data

If you mean that your plan renewed recently and you received a text from 48 saying that you have no data then that's a mistake on their part and you can ignore it if your mobile data is still working fine.

If that's not the issue and your mobile data isn't working on a newly started membership plan then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
