I use 40 all the time pay my monthly bill. Now it is saying my SIM is suspended

Where is it saying this? 

When you log into your My48 account?

On the phone itself? 

Somewhere else? 

What is the exact message?

Do you have an active membership plan right now? 

When was your last membership plan purchased? 

Do you have any service at all? 

Connection to 48 network/signal bars? Calls, texts, data?

Might anybody at your address have ordered more than 5 SIMs (including your own) in which case 48 may suspend all of them under the terms and conditions?
