What exactly do you mean by "topup"?
What exactly are you trying to buy?
Membership plan, add-on, cash credit?
What happens when you try to buy it?
Any error messages?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?
When were you last able to successfully buy stuff on 48?
Is your payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?

I'm experiencing the same thing. I've been using my hotspot, which consumed all of my data, understandably so. I come back to top up and I want to purchase a new 12.99 Plan, which offers Unlimited data (whatever that really means) I click on the button in the home screen that promotes it. It brings me to this screen in the picture provided. Does not mention anywhere about the plan switch or where to get there it gives me options to "Edit auto-renew"
Next screen shows
"Credit balance" to add more credits which says you can use to buy other plans (still not clear in the experience)
Edit/Delete Card details
Toggle on/off auto renew plan
Nowhere is the new plan mentioned, nor where to go, nor what to do about it.
I also noticed there is no phone number to call support, and the chatbot has only pre-determined answers, it does not respond to manually typed messsages??
So where do we go from here?
