My network is coming up as Tesco mobile and its supposed to be 48?everything is fine on the phone I was just enquiring is it necessary to change it?

Hi when ringing from 3 mobile to my number it's saying number is unavailable. This may be happing with other networks also. Eir operators can ring me with no issues. Can you help sorting out this issue
