I have a vodafone phone which is locked to the Vodafone Sims. Now I put in my 48 pu
k and it is not working

I don't understand.
If the phone is locked to Vodafone then it won't work on 48 or with a 48 SIM until it is unlocked.
If you need your 48 puk then you can get it from your My 48 account page.
