I can't re-record my personal greeting

Can somebody help,I can't seem to re-record my personal greeting. The option comes up to delete the current personal greeting but it doesn't delete it stays the same. And there is no option to record new greeting? Please help

This morning I added €15 credit to my account, the money was taken out of my bank account but I did not receive any credit. Please help
