Calls not being recieved

Hi there, I'm recently having a problem where callers to me can't get through. They aren't getting through to voicemail either, a message just says there is a problem connecting. It's not every call and network coverage is good.Any ideas?

Data did not renew

In transactions it records that my data was renewed today. It hasn't and I now have no data until April 26th.

I restarted my phone today and when it asked me to put in my PIN, i put the correct PIN in multiple times and now it has locked me out even though this is the PIN that it says on the card that my SIM came in?
