Unable to enter activation code

Hi, I have a SIM card, but can't enter activation code, mix of letters and numbers, as can only enter numbers

Are you sure that you're entering it in the right place?

In the SIM activation form and not on your phone for example?

See the SIM activation guide for instructions on how to use the activation code to activate your SIM:
