Tried to block and reorder new SIM. Button not working.

Lost my phone abroad. Tried to block sim and reorder a new one. The Block sim button does not respond.

Are you using the app or the website? 

What happens if you use this link?

The Block SIM button only becomes active when you've entered a valid eircode and selected the relevant address. 

Have you done this? 

You can't use a non Irish address.

If you can't get this to work then you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
