Can't block or request new SIM

Im trying to order a new sim and block my old sim ,  I tyoe my details onto 48.com but the button wont send the email or eircode or block or reorder a sim .  I cant get the chat bot open cause i cant find the chat button on the webpage ... I've emailed and sent DM's on facebook to get a new sim ..  Is anyone else having this issue ?

Working fine for me as far as I can see.

The "Block SIM" button becomes active when I enter my eircode and then select my address from the drop-down list.

Does it make any difference if you try a different browser/device?

Or the app instead of the website?
