If you mean that you want to switch off membership auto-renewal then you can do that here:

If you mean that you want to leave 48 and move to another network then see here:

If you're leaving 48 then it's no harm to disable membership auto-renewal and delete any registered payment card details just to ensure that no further charges are incurred.
