Anytime I try and send a text message to a 50 number it won't allow me and trying to talk to someone in 48 is impossible an absolute crap mobile dealer will be changing when membership is up and will be getting my family and friends to do the same

By "50" number I presume you mean a 5XXXX premium SMS number? Unfortunately 48 don't support sending texts to such numbers at all.

 

All support is online so you won't get to talk to anybody directly. See the link in my signature below.

You should clarify this when advertising your package and I will never recommend you or use you again once my membership is up

Why are you saying "you"?

I don't work for 48 as it says in my signature... Man Frustrated

Anyway, it's pretty clear from the site that 48, like other virtual carriers, is a low cost operation where all support is done online.

It's not exactly hidden from those considering moving to the network.
