Can you receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
Did anything change on the phone?
E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?
Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone?

That's very strange and very frustrating alright.
I don't understand what you mean by "we reset the roaming" though.
Maybe get a replacement SIM and see if that helps?
