Sim problem

I have a new sim free Samsung a53 but won't let me use phone, i have tried the sim in another sim free phone and the results are the same, have put in another network sim and it worked is there a problem moving the sim to a new phone

What exactly happens when you try to use it?

Any error messages?

Are you absolutely sure that the two phones are unlocked for use on any network?

Yes the two phones are unlocked I also tried on a third phone and the same results the phone showed a circle with a line through it

So no error messages?

I don't really know what you mean by a circle with a line through it.

Can you post a screenshot?

Maybe you need to order a replacement SIM and try that?

Have you enabled roaming and data roaming in the phone's settings?

This is needed to access a "virtual" network such as 48.
