My sim started acting up around the time I got new bluetooth earbuds around a month ago, not sure if it's connected though.
As of today, I swapped sim cards with my brother who also uses 48 and the sim worked for him (calls and data), when I tried using his sim card I didn't get data or phone calls working.
I requested a new sim but I don't think that'll work, could just be an issue with the phone, so maybe I should try a factory reset or get a new phone.
I'd also been messing with the APN settings for a while (following the proper steps), it used to work on and off but now it basically never works. It works for a moment at 4g+, then immediately goes dead and shows either 3g or h+ (but doesn't work with either), then nothing comes up. Sometimes the bars are full with no 4g sign next to it, or there's just no sign at all.

I doubt that the earbuds have anything to do with this.
What exactly do you mean by "my SIM started acting up"?
What exactly were the symptoms of any problems?
When you say that you tried your brother's SIM but could not get calls/data working what about texts?
And what about the basic connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
if you didn't have a connection then what about if you did a manual search for networks?
Could you see and connect to 48?
Ditto for when you have your own SIM installed in your phone.
To configure your APN settings text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here:
What make and model of phone is it?
If you need to contact 48 support about these issues then see the links in my signature below.

Trying manual connection now, it won't connect to 48.
As in 48 is coming up, but it is failing to connect.
The phone is a Samsung S10e. Basically, the sim works for everyone else, but not me. Other 48 sims are also not working on my phone, might try see if Virgin sim works on my phone.

What happens when it fails to connect?
Any error messages?
Have you tried a factory reset if possible?
Was there any recent software update that may have caused issues?
