Hiii,
Myself Shibin Thomas and I am a 48 customer. My phone no. is (089) 472 1951. I charged my phone 12.99 plan on 18/10/2024. I didnt get internet. Kindly do the needful

First off it's not a good idea to post all of your personal details in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use them. 

What do you mean by "didn't get internet"?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and expiry date? 

If your €12.99 membership plan is active then you have unlimited data.

Are calls and texts working ok?

Did you configure your APN settings so that mobile data will work?
