Number hasn't ported over a week after requesting it

I have requested to port my number 1 week before still it is not ported. How can I proceed with it ? I'm also done with top up but now I'm not able to use it since it is not ported. Please help me with the process

I presume you mean that the number on your account is the new 089 one that came with the SIM and not your regular phone number?

Did you follow the instructions here to port your number? 

Did that all go ok? 

Did you receive the porting security code by text message to your phone with the old mobile provider's SIM installed and working in the phone? 

If you did all that and it still hasn't ported over then you'll need to contact 48 support for further assistance as mentioned at the bottom of this guide:
