No voicemail on iPhone since moving to 48

I have no voicemail on my iPhone since I changed over to 48 and I’m not able to activate it again

Did you follow the instructions here?

If so then what doesn't work/goes wrong?

Any error messages?

Make sure you add the extra 5, per the instructions linked to above. This was the step I was missing, and it all works fine on my iPhone now.

Yes, you have to read and follow the 48 voicemail instructions very closely and carefully. 

It's very easy to make mistakes.
