New number and new phone but my credit balance is €0.00

I have the sim card already activated but cannot make or receive calls & SMS texts. My phone is a feature phone on a 2G connection and doesn't have internet cabilitites (which was the default setting for the phone anyway). Please help!

You mean you just joined 48?
Did you buy a membership?

I got in contact with the web chat support yesterday. I informed them of the problem and they sent me on the link to the gift shop where I bought the credit. I have now have it sorted 😄 Thank you!
