Hi.
My phone was off and I was trying to enter my sim password but I entered the wrong number 3 times and my phone locked.
Then the phone asked for the puk but unfortunately I don't know my puk.
Would you be able to give me the puk and would it be possible to change the sim card number.

Log into your My48 account on the app or the website to get your PUK under Settings > My Details.

You can change or disable your SIM PIN yourself on your phone.

In fact nobody else can change it as far as I know.
