I am a new customer•I choose the plan of euro25The internet service is working but the incoming and outgoing call service is not working

There is no €25 plan. 

I presume you mean that your first payment/purchase was for €25.98 comprising €12.99 for the one-time activation fee and €12.99 for your first month's membership plan? 

Do outgoing and incoming texts work? 

What happens when you try to make a call? 

Any error message?

Are you trying to call regular Irish mobile or landline numbers or some other type of number?
