My iphone wont work in N.Ireland

My iphone wont work with new sim card , when I go to the Norht of Ireland. Was told this issue would be fixed with new sim that would work on romaing automatically. It hasnt and wont, so effectively dead phone every time I am in the North , has someone had similar expereince , any soultuions. The ones 48 keep asking me to do , simply do not work.  Is there another sim card company that works any suggestions

Do you get any error messages?

Does a manual scan show any NI networks?

What happens if you try to connect to them?

Nothing came up nothing worked and the team supoort was ineffectual actually they made a commevt thatcso many people are having same issues change network to something that works

You mean no networks are listed when you do a manual scan?

Did you try all of the suggestions in the linked threads?

Are you saying that 48 support suggested that you change networks? 😯
