I can't call anyone.

Hello. I can't call anyone, I've tried on several phones and I'm not successful. Can I cancel the connection before the 14 days have passed?

What happens when you try to make a call? 

Any error messages?

Do you have an active membership plan? 

When were you last able to make calls ok? 

Can you receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data? 

What 14 days are you referring to?

Important - Your right to cancel

In accordance with your statutory entitlements you have a 14 day right to cancel an agreement for 48 Services or goods bought by you. Your cancellation period will expire 14 days after you buy your first 48 plan which is when 48 deems the service contract to commence.

If you choose to cancel your agreement with us please contact our Customer Care team as set out in your order confirmation email. Where you use your cancellation right we will reimburse payments made by you. Please note that you will be responsible for changes which apply for using any services provided by us. Please note that cancellation rights are provided to consumers only.

I can receive calls and messages.
I have said that I pay my bill every month, do I have to pay in advance or top up, I don't understand anything?

Can you SEND texts and use mobile data?

You need a monthly membership plan in order to use outgoing services on 48 - i.e. make calls, send texts and use mobile data (other than the free Introductory 1GB of 4G data).

Some woman on the phone answers me saying I need to look for a new number???

I don't know why that would be.

What is my Account Number?

There is no account number with 48.

People keep asking about this: 

Your account is identified by your email address/phone number. 

Why are you looking for an account number?

If you are looking for it in order to port your number from 48 to another provider then you're probably choosing the wrong account type.

You need to choose registered prepay.

Then I have a question, do I have postpaid or prepaid?

48 is prepay only.
