You mean no connection to the 48 network at all? 

I.e. no signal bars? 

When was it working ok for you last? 

Did anything change on the phone in the meantime? 

E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, returned from roaming abroad, new phone handset, etc.?

If you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to the 48 network? 

If not then what happens? Any error messages?
