Hey, I lost my phone. I blocked my existing SIM and ordered a replacement. Can I ask for the same number again? And should I recharge the new SIM as I already paid for the previous one not long ago. Will they have an activation fee again added with the recharge?

A replacement SIM will retain your original number/account/membership etc.
You will need to activate the SIM as a replacement when it arrives as explained in that link.
You won't be charged the activation fee again.
