Suddenly not registered on network

I am all of a sudden getting a message saying not registered on network anytime I try making a call?? Anyone know how to solve this?

Can you receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data? 

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Did anything change on the phone? 

E.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset/restore, new handset, returned from roaming abroad, etc.?

Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone?

I have contacted customer service yesterday and we reset the roaming and that solved it. Happened again this morning and got back on to them as tried what was done yesterday and it didn't work, so we had to reset the APN, then it worked, then it stopped again, reset again, it worked and now it is gone again, tried resetting bit still not working. Beyond frustrated now

That's very strange and very frustrating alright.

I don't understand what you mean by "we reset the roaming" though. 

Maybe get a replacement SIM and see if that helps?

On the SIM menu Set the when abroad -manual - roaming profile to local home. Now nothing I try that solved it before works now. I think it might be time to change service provider
