How to send message to 48 customer care team?

Where is the message button. Does anyone has screen shot?

In my experience the chat option is very hit and miss and is more likely to not appear than to appear.

1.5 year later, there is still no "messaging button" ! I can't believe this ! Comfortable way to not interact with customers I must say ! What a shame...
