How to buy a plan using cash credit on account?

hi there

i have 13 in credit and want to buy monthly plan. How do i do this please?

Every time i try, i gives up a pay by card message.

If the cost of whatever you're trying to buy is less than or equal to the amount of cash credit on your account then you should get the option to pay using cash credit at checkout. 

If you're using the app then try the website, or vice versa.
