What exactly do you mean by "need to set up my signing my new phone but it's not coming up as option"?

What does "signing my new phone" mean? 

And what is not coming up as an option and where?

Please clarify and explain in more detail if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

What exactly are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages, etc.?
