Hi, I bought the 80GB membership but i have no data all day today, what can I do?

Did data work on on a previous membership?
Are your internet APN settings configured correctly?
Are you sure that the new membership started today?

I chatted to three different people on the live chat on the 48 website. Eventually one of then said that the issue had been raised but will take 3days to be sorted on my account. Its working now but it was frustrating not having data for my work for 3 days. I suggest not changing membership to people but it can involve a lot of hassle!! 🙂
