very confused

I have joined 48 today, did all the steps to move number, put in the 48 simcard and I was given an 089 number, it is working with an 089 number and not my old 085 number which I want it to, I am very confused? Can someone help?

You get an 089 number with a new SIM by default and then you port your old number if desired. Did you do this as outlined here?

 

How do I keep my old number?

 

What number is displayed when you log into your online account?

Hi, when I log onto 48 it says my number is the 089 one, I did all the steps in keeping my old number, but at the home page it says it's transferring, I don't get it?

If it seems to be taking too long to transfer the number then, as per the key post that I linked to above, contact 48 support to see if there's some problem/holdup.
