Hi
Buying a voucher & topping up is half of the process.
The top-up amount goes into your balance, from there, you need to select the Membership of your choice.
48 Months is unique with regards to the Membership choices,it takes new customers/members of 48 a little time to get used to the new format.

You need to text the deal u want to 1745 but make sure u say just the deal for example say don Dont say the don. Thats the mistake I made hope it helps
