Port to 48 Complete - Can't Buy a Plan/Membership

Howdy all,

How common is being unable to purchase a membership after porting is completed? I've ported at 11am this morning. The sim is active and I'm able to receive calls. But I'm unable to add a membership as it says the port is still in progress.

The auto-assigned 48 number is in my profile when I log in, so it looks like some sort of system issue? I'm happy to wait, but just want to make sure this isn't one of those porting problems that goes 48 hours before someone realises there's something actually wrong.

Unfortunately this seems to be a common enough problem for some reason. 

I.e.. People who join 48 and maybe also port their number over getting an error when they try to buy their first membership plan.

I've no idea why this seems to happen so often but many people have reported a similar problem over the years.

You'll probably have to contact 48 support to get them to sort this out.
