How is the signal in your area do you get signal bars at all? If you do have active membership and have turned your phone off and on again (to see if it would reconnect) as well, and it still doesn't work, it would be a good idea to contact the 48 agents. They can troubleshoot in case it has something to do with your account, or see if there are any mast issues going on in your area.
