perfectly working phone. faulty sim and replacement sim won't activate

I was told I had a faulty sim so order a new replacement. Turned out I had a new one and tried it to be told it wouldn't work so contact the agent. They won't reply and I'm stuck with a phone that works but no network. I've manually entered apn, searched for network, cleaned it, tried it in other phones.. I'm running out of options. Please help.

I can see you have been trrough a fair bit of troubleshooting already.  I can also see you have ordered a replacement SIM today.
