my phone just doesnt work, cannot recieve messages/calls or  send texts/call

Is the handset unlocked for use on any network?

Did you register the SIM?

Do you get any signal at all?

Can you connect to the 48 network or O2 if 48 is not listed?

Did you buy membership?

What does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and mobile/landline calls, texts, data and cash credit balances?

 

If necesary log a support request to get 48 to help you.

i'd recommend you double check everything that dalyer as outlined above.

they seem to be the biggest issues when there's a network problem.

please let us know if you have sorted your problem.

hi there , just to let you know my phone is not wrking at all since this morning . cat make or reacieve any calls and text .network is there but it says no service. can you please help me out with this please? 

What does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and calls/texts/data balances?

Are you sure that you didn't breach the fair usage limits and get barred for the remainder of your current monthly membership period?

I am also haveing the same trouble i can get text and calls but cant make any or get on internet what is going i need this sorted now its two days like this now
