not recieving texts

im not recieving any messages form my girlfriend and i have tryed change a few things on her phone but nothing seems to be working . I'm just wondering if there is a problem on my side. It doesent seem to be happening with any other contacts just her. she even got a new phone and stil no message are coming through form her. can you shine some light here please?

Can she send texts to anybody else?

If not then it's probably her phone/configuration that is the problen.

she can send texts to others but just not me.

what should i change in the configuration  of her phone.. its an iphone4s.

What network is she on? 

If she can send texts to others but just not you then it could be a problem at your/48's end and not her's. So best to log a support query.

The link that I posted above explains explains how to log a support query to get 48 support to look into this for you.
