missing any network minutes

Hi, I paid my membership on 13 may and next week all my any network minutes were gone, I don't think I used them all, can someone tell me what happened?

What membership?

What minutes - mobile or landline?

Why do you think that you didn't use them up?

Your phone will probably havea record of calls made and their durations that should clarify.

If you still think that you have not used them up but they are gone then you need to contact 48 support and ask them to check your call records to clarify:
