Im a newbie...bought membership online...its shows which package i chose when i log in but still cant text call or use data?

Just to clarify - it displays the name of your membership when you log in?

What is the expiry date?

Do you get any signal at all?

Have you manually searched for and connected to 48 (or O2 if 48 is not listed)?

Do you have data roaming enabled? You need this even if not using data.

To use data you will also need to configure your internet settings:

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

Yes it displays the package i bought..the guido....it expires next month...it displays full internet bar...ive connected to 48 on mobile networks data roaming is turned on and the phone wasnt connected to any network it was sim free..so i dunno!
