I bought  balance on friday 30/5/2013 but my balance still not work why?

Your post is unclear. What exactly did you buy on Friday? Credit? Membership? An add-on?

 

What does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and calls/texts/data/credit balances?

If you have a current membership then any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of the membership month?

Remember that if you have a current membership with time left to run then buying a new membership will not supersede it and prematurely terminate it. The current membership must run its course. Check in case you bought a membership which has now "stacked/queued" up to kick in when your current membership expires.

 

If you have used up your calls/texts/data allowances on your current membership then you may need to buy an add-on to tide you over until the membership expires:
