Having problems registering my sim receivedsecurity code but cant get passed stage one of the process keeps saying sim already registerd can you help

Are you already with 48 and meant to order a replacement SIM for an existing account/number:
http://48months.ie/help/losthandset
but instead incorrectly ordered a NEW SIM:
If so then you probably need to contact 48 support to see if they can activate a new SIM on your existing account/number:
http://help.48months.ie/requests/new
If that doesn't explain things then maybe post more info and/or contact 48 support anyway.
