Just to clarify...
You bought a phone last month but it was locked and you unlocked it in the meantime?
Do you now have membership?
Can you make/receive calls and send/receive texts?
Do you have a data allowances as part of your membership or a data add-on?
If in doubt log into your online account and see what it says there about membership status, expiry date and membership/add-on allowance balances.
Did you configure your internet settings and enable data roaming?
You seem to be posting from a Galaxy S4 I9505 in which case the automated service should be able to configure your settings correctly:

If you have done all of this and internet access still does not work then post your settings here for review.
