So - once again - what are your APN settings right now. List them out item by item. They should be under something like System settings > Wireless & networks > More > Mobile networks > Access Point Names > 48 and should comprise something like:
These work for me for internet access and MMS send/receive so if yours are different please clarify where - i.e. which specific settings are different and what values you have.
In my experience the Authentication type and APN type settings can vary a bit and sometimes what works for one person won't work for another (I think). I don't know why but that sometimes seems to be the case.
Hope this helps.

Did you configure your internet settings?
If not then try the online configurator for your phone (which seems to be a Huawei G510?):
http://48months.tweakker.com/choose/Huawei/Ascend%20G510
Make sure that data roaming is enabled as well.
If it still doesn't work then post your settings here in case there's something wrong with them.
Or try the other options here (e.g. manual configuration):
Hope this helps.

How did you configure your settings?
Did you use the online configurator?
If that didn't work then maybe try the Tweakker APN app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tweakker
If that still doesn't work then list out all of your settings here in case anything needs to be tweaked.
Hope this helps.

No offence but I am trying to help but you are not addressing the questions that I am asking.
Just to make it clear what I'm asking you...
Did you try the online configurator - yes or no?
Did that send the settings to your phone - yes or no?
Did they work - yes or no?
If that did not work did you try the Tweakker APN - yes or no?
If that did not work then please list your current APN/internet settings otherwise nobody here can really advise you.
Hope this helps.
