internet settings Blackview Arrow

Hi, I have a blackview arrow and internet is not working properly very slow.  I think the setting I have is not the correct one.  My IMEI 1: 355333062175878.  Can you help with the settings.  I also don't think I can send picture messages or use videocall as it is saying SIM not compatable.  Can you help me please.  Thank you in advance.  Many thanks and kind regards.  Karen

If it still doesn't work then please post screenshots of your settings.
And please clarify exactly what doesn't work and any error messages that your get exactly as they are displayed.
