No internet

Hi there. I've just joined 48 and downloaded all the settings as per the messages but I have no Internet signal. I can only use WiFi. Have tried manually adding APN as per another post but no luck

Do incoming and outgoing calls and texts work? 

Do you have an active membership plan? 

Are you sure that your APN settings are configured correctly?
