Hi I am able to use the internet that comes with my membership but recently I'm unable to connect to my own boadband internet. Ant ideas please as to why I am suddently unable to use broadband?

Could be lots of reasons... but none of them will have anything to do with 48 per se.

Did you (accidently?) disable wifi on the phone?

Did the security/key of the wifi connection change?

Do you need to re-enter the security key to connect to it?

Can other devices still use the wifi/broadband OK?

When you scan for wifi networks can you see and connect to your own?
