It's very slow often not opening up at all. Why is this, do I need new sim?(cut down old sim to fit)

Are your internet settings correct?
How did you configure them?
Maybe try deleting them and starting again to be sure that they are correct?

Can you post them for review in case something is wrong?
Screenshots would be ideal if possible.
If the SIM was cut but works at all then I doubt that it needs to be replaced.
