My iMessage won't activate ever since I moved to the 48 network?

Remember that you may need to sync with iTunes and have a small amount of cash credit on your account to cover the cost of a UK text (25c) which will be sent to activate things.

Did you put some cash credit on your account in order to pay for the SMS that the Apple activation mechanism sends to a UK activation server?
