I just topped up my guido membership for €10 last night and my calls still wont work

What does your online accoutn say about your membership?

Current?

Next - if applicable?

Expiry date?

Allowance balances?

If your current membership still has time to run, you had used up allowances on that membership and you bought a new membership then the new one will not kick in immediately. It stacks and kicks in when the current membership has run its full month and has expired.

All memberships always run their full monthly term.
