Some phones offer a way to blacklist specific numbers on the handset itself. What handset and operating system do you have?

 

If that is not an option then you might need to log a support query to see if 48 can block a number at the carrier side for you.

 

And depending on the severity of the nuisance you might want to consider contacting the cops.
