got a new number, wanted to keep old one

Hi, I changed to 48 only few mins ago, I didnt want or select to get a new number but im after gettin a msg sayin ive a new 089 no.

Hi

When you start the process... you get a 48 sim to begin...

You now need to select 'Port my Number'

I completed the process and selecred all of above but on my dashboard its saying my number is 089*******

Hi again...

You now are (or should be) in the porting process, can you see a banner on your page highlighting 'Transfer in progress' ?

The 089 will remain on your dash until the port is complete.

Can you check for any notification's on your membership page?
